To the clerk of Circuit Court for Kent County   I hereby
certify that Marshall Jones who is now present and
applying for a certificate of freedom was free born
and raised in Kent County and is now about twenty
seven years of age                     Thomas S Wilmer
    Marshall is five feet ten inches high light complexion
    Filed and recorded on the 6 day of January 1855 and

To the clerk of the Circuit Court for Kent County
    I hereby certify that Solomon Cox who is now present
& applying for a certificate was free born and is now
about 24 years of age and was raised in Kent County
January 20 1855                           Wm S Lassell
Solomon Cox very light complexion about 5 feet nine
and one half inches in heighth with a large scar upon
the left wrist
    Filed and recorded on the 20 day of January 1855 and

    I hereby certify that negroes Lewis G Rasin and James
Laws Rasin the bearer hereof are the identical persons
who were manumitted by the late Araminta Frazier
the said boys were raised in Kent County   Witness
my hand this 3d March 1855

James Laws five feet seven inches high dark complexion
scar over the left eye               Louis is about 38 years
old         James is about 31 years old
