    I hereby certify that Martha Ann Frisby who is now present
& applying for certificate of freedom was free born and
raised in Kent County and is now about twenty years of age

Martha Ann Frisby is the daughter of Maria Frisby who
formerly belonged to Mrs Mary G Wroth      John Perkins
Martha Frisby is five feet high yellow complexion
Filed and recorded on the 30 day of March 1853 and

To the clk of the Circuit Court for Kent County   This is
to certify that Charles Frisby who is now present & applying
for a certificate of freedom was free born and raised in
Kent County and is now about thirty years of age
April 8 1853                              Sarah S Brown
    Charles is five feet eight and one half inches high
Filed and recorded on the 8 day of April 1853 and certificate

To the clerk of Kent County      I hereby certify that a
negro man called Richard Rosier who is now present
and applying for a certificate of freedom is free born and
raised in this county and is about twenty one years of age
about five feet nine and one fourth inches in height and
has one small scar between the fingers of his left hand
