I hereby certify that Charles Henry otherwise called Charles
Henry Roberts who is now present & applying for a certificate
of freedom is the identical person named in a deed of
manumission executed by George W Thomas on the 2nd day
of January 1828 to be fred on the first day of January 1853
& recorded in Kent County

Charles Henry is five feet nine and one half inches
dark complexion thirty two years of age no visible scars
    Filed and recorded on the 28 day of February 1853 and

I hereby certify that Henrietta Frisby who is now present
& applying for a certificate of freedom was born free and
raised in Kent County and is now about nineteen years of age
February 28 1853                           George W J Perkins
    Henrietta is five feet three and one half inches high of a
brown (or chesnut color) complexion         J F G
