48 complexion is about five feet three and a quarter inches high she has no notable scar or mark visible 14 July 1851 Susan Reed Filed and recorded on the 14 day of July 1851 and certificate issued By Jos Redue clk To the Clerk of Kent County Court I hereby certify that negro Tom Browne who is now present & applying for a certificate of freedom was free born and raised in Kent County and is now about twenty one years of age as witness my hand this 28 day of July 1851 W Bacchus Tom Browne is five feet seven inches high dark complexion scar on his right leg below the knee Filed and recorded on the 28 day of July 1851 & certificate issued By Joseph Redue clk I hereby certify that the bearer hereof now present before the Clerk of Kent County Court named John H Wilson Jacob C Wilson and Emeline Wilson are the identical persons freed by the Judgment of Kent County Court on Petition against Robert Usilton being the children of Betty manumitted by Richard S Thomas on the 23 February 1814 by manumission recorded in Liber B C N.o 3 page 509 & 510 & 511 one of the Record Books for Kent County the said negroes being above the ages of twenty one years and as the issue of said Betty are manumitted in the said manumission July 28 1851 G Vickers Jno aged 27 five feet eight & one quarter inches high Jacob aged 24 five feet ten & one quarter inches high has a scar above the ancle Joint of the left leg Emeline aged 25 four feet eleven & one half inches high has a scar on the right arm below the elbow Filed and recorded on the 28 day of July 1851 and certificate issued By Joseph Redue clk |
