          I hereby Certify that a negro woman now present
and applying for a Certificate of Freedom named Mary
Elizabeth Warrick aged about 18 years was born free
and raised in Kent County
    Sept 2nd 1858               W.m J Dugan
Mary Elizabeth is 5 ft ½ in high black Complexion
with the Sight of the Right eye imperfectly fixed
