sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his body goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
to be made and Levied to the Use of the Severall Officers that hath a right to any fees upon the Indictment
aforesaid   If it happen that the said William Mister do not pay unto the Severall officers
of Somerset County Court their Just and rightfull fees upon the Indictment afd &a


Isaac More appears according to his recognizance entered into for his appearance at this Court
to give evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against William Mister and is discharged therefrom &a


          Patrick Kersie appears according to his recognizance entered into for his appearance
and good behaviour to this Court and is accordingly discharged there from &a


Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gent appears according to his recognizance Entered into
for his negro Banns good behaviour and appearance at this Court and is accordingly discharged
therefrom &a

Somerset County ss.t    The Jurors for the Right honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the body of Somerset County afd upon their oath do present
that Jonas Hogskin late of Somerset Parish i the
County af.d planter the thirtieth day of October Ann
Dom: Seventeen hundred thirty and five at the parish af.d in the
County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and upon a Certain
Henry Reynolds in the peace of god and of the said Lord proprietary
then and there being with force and arms an assault did
make and him the said Henry then and there did beat wound and
evilly treat so that of his life it was greatly despaired and other
harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the
same Henry and against the peace of the said Lord proprietary
that now is his good rule and Government &a
Test   Henry Reynolds            On the backside of the foregoing
bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed viz.t  Ignoramus Sam.l Willson

Whereupon came hereinto Court the said Jonas Hogskin According
to a Certain recognizance by him and his security before acknowledged and prays that his appearance
may be recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged  whereupon the said Jonas Hogskins
appearance is recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged &a

    Whereupon the said Jonas Hogskin is ordered to give Security for the payment of the
Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd on the Indictment afd  Thereupon
Robert Jenckins Henry of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper person
undertook for the said Jonas Hogskin for to pay the Severall Officers Fees due upon the Indictm.t
and recognizance afd by means of the premisses afd &a
