in order to Examine Evidences in relation to prove the said line
of Marked trees (which is your petitioners bounder) and he as in
duty bound shall pray &.a                           Charles Ratcliff

       The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and
Mature deliberation thereupon had  wherefore it is Considered
by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the af.d Charles
Ratcliff as by the petition af.d is praid and that James Martin
Isaac Marshall, Thomas Wallis and Peter Collier all of Somerset
County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission
according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &.a


Ordered that Thomas Covington be overseer and Clear a road from the Cypruss
bridge thats over the head of Wickacomoco River to Coll Levin Gales Mill in
Rockawakin and from thence into the main Road that Leads to Handys Ferry and
that Coll George Dashiell and Mr John Handy Lay Out the afd Road the Nearest
and best way and the Least of prejudice to any person or persons whatsoever &a


Ordered that James Martin and Isaac Morris of Somerset County Gentlemen
agree with some person or persons for the Building a new good and Substantiall
bridge over Nanseongo Creek on Pocomoke if Occasion be otherwise to repair
the old bridge and they the said James Martin and Isaac Morris to Make their Report
to Somerset County Court and that the person or persons undertaking the building of
or repairing of the bridge afd to be allowed for the same next Levey Court &a


Ordered that Thomas Gillis and Henry Ballard of Somerset County Gentlemen agree
with some person or persons for the building a new good and Substantiall bridge over
monokin River at the head thereof at princes Ann Town if Occasion be otherwise to
repair the old bridge and the said Thomas Gillis and Henry Ballard to make their report
to Somerset County Court and that the person or persons undertaking the building or
repairing of the bridge afd to be allowed for the Same next Levey Court &a


The reverend Henry Hunter a presbitarian dissenting minister Came hereinto Court & po took
the Severall Oaths to the Government with the test and Subscribed the oath of abjuration & test
with the articles of the Church of England accept what ^part^ is Excepted by act of parliament &a
