Ordered that Benjamin Townsend of Somerset County Gent be allowed thirteen hundred and
thirty three pounds of tobacco his part for keeping of Ferry over Wickacomoco River near white haven
Town it being adjudged full Satisfaction for him for keeping of ferry at the place afd he first having
Obtained his Lordship Lycence for the same &a

His Lordships Justices

    The above Justices in Court Judicially Sitting did then agreed with M.rs Alice Ellis ^for^ to keep
a free ferry for the Use of Somerset County over Wickacomoco River at the Usual place near
white haven Town for the Ensuing Year she providing his Lordships Lycence for that purpose
Other wise this agreement to Expire with the Lycence she now hath for the keeping of a ferry at
the place aforesaid  And in consideration of her keeping a Free Ferry at the place afd and providing
a good boat and sufficient attendance she the said Alice Ellis to be allowed after the rate of
four thousand pounds of tobacco p year &a


John Woollford of Somerset County Gent is appointed by the Court here as pressmaster according
to act of assembly of the bay side for the Ensuing Year &a

William Fasitt of Somerset County Gent is appointed by the Court here as pressmaster
according to act of Assembly for the sea side for the Ensuing Year &a

        To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting
the petition of Charles Rackliffe most humbly Sheweth that your petitioner
is possessed of part of a tract of Land that I bought out of a tract of Land Called
Jenezer lying and being in y.e County afores.d in Senepuxon Neck
which whole tract did formerly belong to Cap.t Charles Ratcliff and
Edward Whailey (both deceased) the said tract of land being devided
between them by a divisional line of marked trees on which
your petitioners bounds depend which said line of Marked trees
are Something precarious  therefore your petitioner humbly
prays your worships will be pleased to appoint Commissioners
