this province in that Case made and provided and Your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever

and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had   Wherefore it is Considered
that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Thomas Goddart as by the petition afd is praid
and that John Handy Isaac Handy Mitchell Dashiell and James Caldwell all of Somerset
County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly
in such Case made and provided &a

                                               To the worshipfull Justices in Court now Sitting
the petition of John Gillis humbly sheweth that whereas your humble petitioner
is possessed of a tract of Land Called Maidens Lott containing three hundred acres and
the Bounders much decayed but few Living that knows any thing of them your petitioner
therefore humbly prays that your worships would appoint Commissioners to Examine
Evidences in relation to the bounders thereof for the perpetuating of the Same and your
petitioner as in duty bound shall pray                                             John Gillis

          The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had  wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the
aforesaid John Gillis as by the petition afd is praid  And that Mitchell Dashiell James
Caldwell Robert Givan and James Train of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and
execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court setting
the petition of Thomas Wallis most humbly Sheweth
                                                    That whereas your petitioner has a negro man ^named^ Ector and he
being for these two years past rnn made and is uncapable of doing any thing for your petitioner
therefore your petitioner most humbly prays your worships to sett him Levy free untill he Come
better to himselfe and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray      Thos Wallis

    The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court
    that the said Thomas Wallis be discharged from paying of Levys for the afd Negro  H Ector untill he return to
    a perfect state of health & tamed from his Madness                        as afd is praid &a
