petitioner in humble bound shall pray                  Thomas Collier

       The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation
thereupon had  wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that A Commission Issue to the
afd Thomas Collier as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that Edward Chambers James MccMorie
Day Scott and Joseph Wailes all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the
same Commission according to Law &a

Elgate Hitch appointed Constable of Wickacomoco hundred for the Ensuing Year &a

Samuel Jones appointed Constable of Manny Hundred for the ensuing Year &a

Sampson Wheatly appointed Constable of Annamessex hundred for the Ensuing Year &a

Whittington King appointed Constable of Manocan hundred for the ensuing Year &a

Joshua Merrill appointed Constable of Pocomoke hundred for the Ensuing Year &a

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the humble
petition of Oliver Such sheweth  whereas it hath pleased God to afflict y
our petitioner
with a Sore Legg these Severall Years so that am uncapable of Labour to Support my selfe &
family and have ^been^ Sallivated two times for it but did noe good but am worse now then ever I was
I do therefore humbly pray that your worships may Consider my poor Condition and Sett me
Levy free for I am not able to make tobacco to pay my taxes and your petitioner as in duty
bound shall ever pray

          The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had      Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Oliver Such be discharged from paying
of Levyes untill shuch such time as please God that he is able to Labour and that he be allowed ten pounds
of tobacco p year during his Infirmity afd &a
