Somerset ss.t     Att a Court of the Right honourable Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the
                         provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.a held at dividing Creek in
                         the same County the third Tuesday of Novem to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month
                         and in the twenty first Year of his said Lordships dominion &.a ann.o Dom one thousand seven
                         hundred and thirty five by his said Lordships Justices the peace in the Same County to keep assigned
                         of whom were present

                                                     Proclamation being made in Usuall form and the Sheriff of Somerset
County to witt Joseph McClester Gent being Called made return of the Grand Jurors to the Court here as
Followeth viz.t      Samuel Wilson Walter Darby John Trehearn, Robert Givan Solomon Long, David
Polk John Shockley James Strawbridge Charles Polk Lewis Disharoon John Covington Philip Selby
William Turpin Jun.r William Cord Joseph Gray Isaac Boston and John Finch whereupon proclamation
being made againe in Usual form and the Jurors aforesaid so as aforesaid Impannelled being severally
Called over by their names did appear as above and thereupon they were Sworn and Charged
and Sent Out to Consider &a soon after the grand Jurors afd being Impannelled Sworn and Charged as
afd Return here into Court and being Severally Called over appear and return to the Court here the following
Indictments Margrett Causey Timothy Haley Mary Maguire Jane Andrews Comfort Whelington Betty
Game and presentment against John Follows thereupon the grand Jurors afd are discharged and ordered
that they be Allowed Five hundred pounds of tobacco for their publick service this Court and against the
afd Margrett Causey Timothy Haley Mary Maguire Jane Andrews Comfort Whelington Betty Game and
John Follows so as afd Indicted and presented it is ordered that Capias Issue Returnable to Next Court

Esau Boston
Ellis Taylor an orphan and daughter of Hope Taylor late of Somerset County dec.d is
by the Court here bound out an apprentice according to act of assembly in Such Case made
and provided unto a Certain Esau Boston untill she arrives at the age of Sixteen Years
