Somerset County  You James Duffey George Bound and John
Sheldon do Confess Judgment to John Dennis Jun.r for the sum
of two pound ten Shillings Curr.t money which Sum was Recovered
by the said John Dennis against James Duffey on the 9.th day of
October before a Single Justice the said Sum of two pound ten Shillings to be
Levied of your bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said
John Dennis in Case the said James Duffey shall not pay and satisfie to the said
John John Dennis the said two pounds ten Shillings Curr.t money ^so^ as afs.d
Recovered ag.t him with Ad.nl Costs thereon on the tenth day of Feb.ry next Ensuing

Judgment to John Bennitt for the sum of two pounds & one penny
which Sum was recovered by the s.d John Bennitt against Charles
Redding on the twenty fourth day of September before a Single
Justice the said sum of two pounds & one penny to be Levied of your bodies
Goods or Chattles lands or tennements for the use of the said John Bennitt
in Case the said Charles Redding shall not pay & satisfie to the said John
Bennit the said Sum of two pounds & one penny so as aforesaid recovered
against him with the additionall Cost thereon on the tenth day of Feb.ry
next        Taken before us the Eleventh day of October Ann Dom 1735

        Ewell Exrs of Solomon Ewell
     Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that
he should take James Wishart & Comfort Ewell Ex.rs of the
last will and testament of Solomon Ewell dec.d if they should
be found in his bailywick and them should safe keep so that
he might have their bodys before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then next to answer
unto Thomas Billings of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c and that thereof he
Should not fail &.c
                               Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the seventeenth day of the same
month ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the said Writt Came
the said Thomas Billing by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing
writt was directed  Likewise Cometh & maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed Cepi Corpus Jos McClester sher

             And the afd James Wishart and Comfort Ewell Executors as afd by George Douglas their attorney Cometh
and defendeth the force and Injury when &.a and pray Leave thereof to Imparle hereuntill next Court and
they have it and the Same day is Given to the afd Thomas here also &a

             att which said next Court to witt the Ninteenth day of August anno Dom One thousand seven hundred
and thirty five being Came againe as well the afd Thomas Billing as the afd James Wishart and
