    August Court            1735                81

and Just sum of two hundred Seventy three pounds nine Shillings & nine
pence Currant money of Maryland to be paid unto the said John King Legatee
of Captain John King late of Somerset County deceast or to his heir Exrs
adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done
we bind our selves our and either of our heirs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the
whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals
and dated this twenty first day of August Ann Dom 1735

The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Comissary
Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Cap.t John
King dec.d wherein it is found there is Ball due to the above s.d Orphan the sum
of one hundred thirty six pounds fourteen shillings & ten pence halfe penny
if therefore the aboves.d Whittington King his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Assigns or any
or either his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be
paid unto the af.d orphan the af.d sum of one hundred thirty six pounds fourteen
Shillings & ten pence halfe penny according to dec.d will and act of assembly
when the said John King shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c  Then
the above obligation to be void and of none Effect Otherwise to remain in full

Confess Judgement to Thomas Fletcher for the sum of
two pound Six shillings and six pence which sum was
Recovered by the said Thomas Fletcher against John Bishop
Jn.r on y.e fourteenth day of february one thousand Seven hundred & thirty five
before Edward Rownd the said Sum of two pound Six Shillings and Six pence
to be levied of your bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of y.e s.d
Thomas Fletcher in Case y.e s.d John Bishop Jn.r shall not pay & satisfie to y.e
s.d Thomas Fletcher the said two pounds Six Shillings and six pence so as
aforesaid Recovered against him with the aditional Costs thereon on the tenth day
of february next taken before us this 15.th day of August 1735         Jam.s Martin
