    Thomas Holbrook
     Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should
take Thomas Holbrook late of Somerset County planter if he shold be
found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have
his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third tuesday of August then next to Satisfie Joshua Caldwell of One thousand
three hundred and forty pounds of tobacco which to the same Joshua in the Same court before the
Justices thereof at dividing Creek in the Same County were adjudged for his damages which he had by
Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same Joshua by the afd Thomas made and not
performed whereof he is Convict &a

          Att which said third Tuesday of August to witt the Ninteenth day of the same ^month^ Ann.o Dom one thousand
seven hundred and thirty five Came the Said Joshua Caldwell by Francis Allen his attorney and
the Sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed  Likewise Cometh & maketh
return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words Following vizt Cepi in Custody p
Joseph Macclester sheriffe

                                                       Whereupon the said sheriffe to witt Joseph Macclester Gent
at the Same day altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the said Thomas Holbrook according
to the form of the return of the writt aforesaid but makes default &a
