which Sum was recovered by the s.d John Dennis Jnr against Emanuel
Bridgewaters on y.e twentieth day of May one thousand hundred & thirty five
before James Martin the said Sum of five hundred & ten pounds of tobacco
& five Shillings Cost of warrant to be levied of your bodies good or Chattles
Lands or tenements for y.e use of y.e s.d John Dennis Jn.r in Case y.e s.d Emanuel
Bridgewaters shall not pay & satisfie to y.e s.d John Dennis Jn.r y.e s.d five
hundred & ten pounds of tobacco & five Shillings Cost of warrent so as
aforesaid recovered against him with aditionall Cost thereon on y.e tenth
day of february Next taken before us this 24.th day of July 1735

                                      To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court
setting The petition of James Dashiell of the said County
Most humbly sheweth That your petitioner being Bondsman
for the Administration of the Estate of Christopher Dashiell and the Estate
much worsted and not fully administred is likely to be greatly damaged thereby
humbly craves your worships to cause the Administratrix to give counter security
to your petitioner or otherwise secure your petitioner as the act of assembly
directs and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray   James Dashiell

    The petition aforesaid being read and heard and the aforesaid James Dashiell present herein Court
produced a Certificate or Instrument of writing from under the hand of Elizabeth Jacobs administratrix
of the aforesaid Christopher Dashiell late dec.d the tenor whereof Followeth in these words viz.t

I do hereby Certifie to the Court that I am willing to deliver all that is left of
the Estate of Christopher Dashiell into the hands of James Dashiell who was
Bondsman for my Administration thereof for to satisfie the debts which is due
out of the said Estate and therefore an order may pass as the act of assembly
in that case provides without any Summons for me to appear at Court
To the Worshipfull   I am Gentlemen your very humble serv.t  Elizabeth Jacobs
Justices of Somerset County Court These

            Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood
and Mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Eliz.a
Jacobs admrx of the afd Christopher Dashiell dec.d deliver up unto the afd James Dashiell the petitioner
all the Estate of the afd Christopher Dashiell that she hath in her hands and possession and Likewise
that George Scott and Thomas Benston of Somerset County Gent are by the Same Court appointed appointed
appraisers to appraise upon their oath all Such Estate that Shall be delivered up unto
