        Michael Morriss
     Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he Should take Michael
Morriss Late of Somerset County in the province of Maryland planter otherwise Called
Michael Morriss of Somerset county in the province of Maryland if he should be found
in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then next to satisfie Jos:
Ennalls of the same province and Dorchester County as well a Certain Debt of Eighteen pounds Four Shillings
Curr.t money which the same Joseph in the same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek Recovered
against him as of two hundred and ninty nine pounds of tobacco which to the Same Joseph in the Same Court
were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention  of that same debt whereof the Same
Michael Morris is Convict &.a
                                                    Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the Ninteenth day of the same
month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty five being the day of the return of the Same Writt Cometh
the said Joseph Ennalls by his attorney afd and the Sheriff of Somerset County to witt Joseph MccClester Gent
^and makes^ Return that he had taken the said Michael Morriss and him detained in Custody to satisfie the said Joseph his debt
and damages afd as by the preceipt aforesaid he was Commanded &a

       Whereupon the Said Sheriff to witt Joseph MccClester Gent at the Same day altho' Solemnly Called brings not
in the body of the Same Michael Morriss according to the return of his writt aforesaid but makes default &a

     Command was given to the Sher of Somerset County that he should
take Bartholomew Baynom late of Somerset County planter otherwise
called Bartholomew Baynom if he should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
Creek the third Tuesday of August then next to satisfie John Ailworth as well
Certain debt of Six hundred and Eighty four pounds of tobacco which the same John in the
same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek recovered against him as of
three hundred and Six pounds of tobacco which to the same John in the same Court
were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that
same debt whereof the same Bartholomew Baynom is Convict &.a

Att which said third Tuesday of August to witt the Ninteenth day of the same
Month Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty five being the day of
the return of the same writt cometh the said John Ailworth by his attorney af.d
and the Sheriff of Somerset County to witt Joseph MaClester Gent and makes
return thereof to the court here Endorsed in these words followings Viz.t
