money and twelve hundred and Eighteen pounds of tobacco which to the Same Comfort Jenckinson in his said Lordships
County Court of Somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for her damages
which she had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the Same Comfort by the afd Heber made and
not performed whereof he is Convict &a

             Att which said third tuesday of March to wit the Eighteenth day of the same
month Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty four being the day of
the return of the said writt Cometh the said Comfort Jenckinson by George Douglas
Gent her Attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing
writt was directed likewise cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here
Endorsed in these words following vizt Cepi Corpus p Joseph McClester Sher

    Whereupon the said Sheriff to witt Joseph McClester Gent altho ^at the same day^ Solemnly
Called brings not in the body of the said Heber Whittingham according to the
return of the writt af.d but made default &.c

    Command was given to the sheriff of Somerset County that he should take
John Crafford late of Somerset County Taylor if he should be found in his bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court
of somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march then next to satisfie John Reddish
of Seven pounds Eight Shillings and eight pence Curarnt money of Maryland and three hundred and
thirty Seven pounds of tobacco which to the Same John Reddish in his said Lordships County Court of
somerset before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek afd were adjudged for his damages which he had
by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same John Reddish by the afd John Crafford
made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a

       Att which said third tuesday of March to wit the Eighteenth say of the same
month An Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four being the day of
the return of the said writt Cometh the said John Reddish by Francis Allen Gent his
attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed
