foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words
following viz.t Cepi satisfied p Joseph Macclester sheriff

                Whereupon the said Sheriff to witt Joseph Macclester Gent altho ^at the same day^ Solemnly Called brings suit not in
the body of the said John Scarbrough according to the return of the writt afd but made default &a

   The Same
    Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that
he should take John Scarborough who prosecutes as well for his
Lordship as for himself if he should be found ^in^ his bailywick and
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
Lordships County Court ^of Somerset^ to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March
then next to satisfie Isaiah Bredall of all hallows parish in Somerset County
planter of two hundred and thirty four pounds of tobacco which to the same
Isaiah in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek were adjudged
for his Expences and Costs which he sustained by occasion that the same John did
not prosecute his certain Information against the same Isaiah in the same Court
before the then Justices thereof Exhibitted according to the form of the Statute (against
parties Informers who do not prosecute their Informations in like plaints or in the
same should be precluded) provided for whereof he is Convict &.c

    Att which said third tuesday of March to wit the Eighteenth day of the
same month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred ^and thirty^ four being the day of
the return of the said writt Cometh the said Isaiah Bredall by Francis Allen
Allen Gent his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing
writt was directed likewise cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here
Endorsed in these words following Viz.t Cepi satisfied p Joseph M.cClester Sher

Heber Whittingham late of Somerset County Gentleman if he should be found in
        his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
       Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march then ^next^
       to satisfie Comfort Jenckinson of thirteen pounds tenn shillings and seven pence Currant
                                                                                                                                  money
