if he should be found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that might have his body before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of march then next to satisfie John Rider as well a Certain debt of six pounds Currant money and
two hundred and ninty three pounds of tobacco which the same John in his said Lordships County Court
of Somerset at dividing Creek recovered against him as of two hundred and Sixty Six pounds of tob.o
which to the same John in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of
the detention of that same debt whereof the Same Thomas is Convict &c

          Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty four being the day of the return of
the said Writt Cometh the said John Rider Esq.r by William Beckingham Gent his attorney
and the sheriff of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed likewise Cometh
and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following Viz.t

brings not in the body of the said Thomas Baker according to the return of the writt af.d

John Collins late of Somerset County planter if he should be found in his Bailywick
       and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
       County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then
       next to answer unto Aaron Lynn of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c  And that
       hereof he should not fail &.c

Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the Nineteenth day of the same month
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty four being the day of the return
of the said Writt Cometh the said Aaron Lynn by William Beckingham Gent
his Attorney and the Sheriff of Somerset County to whome ye foregoing Writt
was directed likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here
