of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing the third tuesday of March then next to Satisfie Isaiah Bredall of allhollows parish in Somerset County planter of five hundred and fifty five pounds of tobacco which to the same Isaiah in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek were adjudged for his expences and Costs which he sustained by Occasion that the same John did not prosecute his Certain Information against the same Isaiah in the Same Court before the ^then^ Justices thereof Exhibitted according to the form of the Statute (against parties Informers who do not prosecute their Informations in like plaints or in the same should be precluded) provided for whereof he is Convict &a Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty four being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh the said Isaiah Bredall by Francis Allen Gent his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing |
