1735 (67) his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said John Wildman do (and shall) not pay unto his said Lordship the sum of Fifty Shillings Current money of Maryland for every year he shall keep such ordinary or house of Entertainment ^as afd^ &a Likewise the said John Wildman with James Rownd and Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gent his Securitys all present herein Court as af.d acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary as af.d in the sum of Forty pounds Current money of maryland of their goods and Chattles lands and tenements Joyntly & Severally to be made and levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said John Wildman do not keep good rules and orders and do not Suffer Idle loose per disorderly persons to tipple game or Committ other disorders or Irregularities in his ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time he shall keep the same Contrary to the true Intent and meaning of the act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a
