(66) Martin and Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gentleman his Securitys all present herein court as af.d acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary as af.d in the sum of Forty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly & Severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Henry Jarmin do not keep good rules and order and do not suffer Idle loose or disorderly persons to tipple game or Committ other disorders or Irregularities in his ordinary or house of Entertainment during the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true Intent & Meaning of the act of assembly in such Case made & provided &a
