    August Court           1735                65

deliberated      Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Robert Hodge deliver
up unto the said John Fortune his Child ^which he now detaines in his Custody^ (that he had by Dely his wife) peaceably and quietly for
it seems to the Same Court that the Indenture by which the said Hodge holds the said Child as a Servant
is not good  and further it is Considered by the Court here that the Said Robert Hodge Recover
against the said John Fortune five pounds Currant money which is adjudged by the Same Court as
full Satisfaction for his the Said Hodges keeping and maintaining of the Child ^afd^ of the Said John
Fortune the full term of


John White pocomoke appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance at this
Court to answer an Information for Excessive Usury and is discharged therefrom &a


Michael Redding appears according to his recognizance for the good behaviour and appearance at this
Court and he and his Security is accordingly discharged &a


Mr Thomas Fletcher appears according to his recognizance Entered into Last Court for his good behaviour
and appearance at this court and is accordingly discharged he and his security &a


Isaac Moor appears according to his Recognizance Entered into Last Court for his good behaviour &
appears at this Court whereupon the said Isaac Moor appearance is recorded and he and his security
accordingly discharged  Likewise the said Isaac Moor is ordered to give security for the payment of the
Severall Officers Fees due by means of the premisses afd thereupon Sampson Wheatly of Somerset Coty
planter present here in Court undertook for the said Isaac Moor to pay the Severall Officers Fees due by
Occasion of the premisses  In Case the said Isaac Moor do not pay the Same &a


Christopher Obrien appears according to his Recognizance for his good behaviour and appearance
at this Court and he and his Security is accordingly discharged therefrom &a

James Welch Came hereinto Court in his proper person and prays that his
appearance may be recorded to save himselfe and his Security from a Certain Recognizance
of Bail before entered into for his appearance at this this Court to answer his
    Committing of Fornication with a Certain Mary Peirce &a   thereupon the said James Welch's appearance
    is Recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged &a

             Whereupon the said James Welch is ordered to give new Recognizance with One Security for
    his appearance at November Court next to answer his begetting of a bastard Child &a
                                                                                                                                           Thereupon
