    the petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and Mature deliberation thereupon had

             wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd to the afd Francis
Hamblin as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that Edward Rownd Thomas Wallace William Simpson &
Peter Collins all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &a


       Whereas an order was passed last June Court by the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County
that the Subscribers should view & lay out a road from Peter Claywells Jun.r over Cankers ^Creek^ into the
old road by Christopher Glasses old plantation in pursuance to the said order we have veiwed
& laid out the afores.d road as followeth that the road be cleared to pass out of the old County
