63 in the County of Somerset to witt at Michael Robinsons, Robert Gants Geo: Trewitts, Henry Jermans, Capt John Walkers and at William Burtons which is granted him he Complying with the act of parliament in such Case made and provided &.a whereupon the said Paul Palmer took & subscribed the oath of fidelity as by the Said act of Parliament is directed and Subscribed to the articles of religion Except what part of the Said Articles is Excepted against in favour of Such dissenting Ministers by said act and Likewise took the severall oaths to the Government as by act of assembly is directed with the test and Subscribed the Same Oath of abjuration and declaration as is afd by the afd act of assembly required &a James Perry and aged Infirm person is adjudged by the Court here to be Levy Free for the future &a
