Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the seventeenth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand seven
hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the sid Writt Cometh the said John Lenan by William
Goldsborough his attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed
Likewise Cometh & maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words Following Viz.t

       Whereupon the said sheriffe to witt Joseph MccClester Gent at the Same day altho' Solemnly Called
brings not in the body of the said Robert Dias according to the return of the writt afd but makes

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take
William Gray late of Nanticoke in somerset County planter if he should be found
                               in his bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County
the third tuesday of June next to satisfie Thomas Nevett of thirteen hundred and twenty three pounds
of tobacco which to the Same Thomas Nevett in the same Court before the Justices at dividing Creek afd
were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same
Thomas by the afd William made and not performed whereof he is Convict &a
