under the Custody of you our said Sheriff at the Suit of a Certain Thomas Williams
Executor of the testament and last will of William Planner in a plea of trespass
upon the Case which said plea as it is said still depends before ye our said Justices
undetermined and we being willing for divers Causes that the plea aforesaid
undetermined as aforesaid should be heard and determined before the Justices of
our provincial Court  Therefore Command ye that ye have the body of the said
Nathaniel Horsey by whatsoever name he be called in the plea af.d together with
the day and Cause of his Caption and detainer and all things thereto relating before
the Justices of our provinciall Court to be held at Annapolis the second Tuesday
of July next that our Justices of our said provinciall Court may further proceed
therein as to Justice appertains &.a  Hereof fail not at your at your Peril and have ye then
there this writt wittness Levin Gale Esqr Chief Justice of our said Provinciall
Court the 23.d day of October in the 20.th Year of our dominion &.a  Annoq Dom

Robert Dias
     Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should
take Robert Dias late of somerset County in the province of maryland planter
Otherwise Called Robert Dias of Dorchester County in the province aforesaid if he should
be found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the
Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of June then next to satisfie a Certain John Lenan as well a Certain Debt of Four pounds
tenn Shillings which the same John Lenan in the same Court before the Justices thereof at
dividing Creek in the County afd Recovered against him as of three hundred and Eight pounds
of tobacco which to the Same John Lenan in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages w.ch
he had by occasion of the detention of that same debt whereof he is Convict &a
