John Bishop Recover against the afd William Holland his damages afd to the afd three pounds tenn Shillings Curr.t
money of Maryland in form aforesaid Confessed as also Two hundred and Nine
209      pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges aforesaid to the Same John Bishop by the Court here and Consent
of the parties afd Adjudged and the afd defend.t in mercy &a

    Command was given to the sheriff of Somerset County that he should take Edward
Thompson Late of Somerset County Merchant if he shall be found in his bailywick and
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of
his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June
then next to answer unto John Brett of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.a
and that thereof he should not fail &.a
S.r  You are Indebted to M.r John Brett the Sum of Eight pounds Seven shillings and
Six pence half penny curr.t money of Maryland for which he hath commenced suit ag.t
you in Somrsett County Court so that if you do not appear at the next County Court
to be held for Somrsett County at dividing Creek the third tuesday in June next attachment
will be pray'd to be Sued out ag.t your Estate in the s.d County
