say but that he did assume upon himselfe in manner and form as the af.d
Alexander Buncle above against him hath Complained and ^as^ to the
damage of the same Alexander by him by occasion of the premises in
that part sustained the same James Breeman saith and Confesseth
that the af.d Alexander Buncle hath sustained damages by occasion
of the premises beyond his Cost and Charges by him about his suit in
that part apposed to fourteen pounds Eighteen shillings and four
pence ^Current money of Maryland^ and not more and because the af.d Alexander deny's not this but
the same allegation Confesseth to be true prays Judgment for those
damages above Confessed together with his Costs and Charges af.d to him
to be adjudged &cra

Therefore by Consent of the parties af.d it is Considered by the Court here
that the af.d Alexander Buncle recover against the af.d James Breeman
his damages af.d to the af.d sum of fourteen pounds Eighteen shillings and
four pence Current money of Maryland in forme af.d Confessed as also
359   three hundred & Fifty Nine               pounds of tobacco for his Costs
and Charges af.d to the same Alexander by the Court here and Consent
of the parties af.d adjudged and the af.d defendant in mercy &.cra

    Command was given to the Sher of Somerset County that
he should take Charles Ramsey late of Somerset County
planter if he should be found in his bailywick and
him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices
of his L.dships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the
third tuesday of June then next to answer unto Robert Mccfarline of
a plea of trespass Upon the Case &.cra  And that thereof he should not fail &.c

Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the seventeenth day of
the same month Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty
five being the day of the return of the said writt Cometh the said
Robert Mccfarline by Robert Jenckins Henry his Attorney  And the
Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed
Likewise cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed
in these words following Viz.t   Cepi Corpus      p Jos: McClester Sher

Whereupon the said Charles Ramsey ^Present^ here in Court in his proper person
is by the same Court adjudged to give special ^bail^ to the Action af.d thereupon
a Certain ^Thomas Lambden^ John Ramsey late of Somerset County planters came here
into Court in their proper person and Undertook for the said Charles
