1735 (39) Alexander says he is damnify'd thirty pounds Current money of Maryland and thereof he brings suit &.c pledges &.c John Doe & Richard Roe
seven hundred and thirty five being the day of the return of the said writt Cometh the said Alexander Buncle by his Attorney af.d and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in the words following vizt Cepi Corpus declaration delivered in time p Joseph McClester Sher Whereupon the said James Breman present herein Court in his properson at the prayer of the aforesaid Alexander Buncle by his attorney aforesaid is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action aforesaid but for want thereof the said James Breman is Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County there to remain the said sheriff to witt Joseph MccClester Gent by Dunton Bacon his duputy present here in Court took Charge of the said James Breman accordingly &c Whereupon the said James Breman by Francis Allen his attorney Cometh and defendeth the force and Injury when &c and saith that he Cannot ^gainsay^ the action afd of the afd Alexander Buncle nor Can he (say |
