318 Townsend, Joseph Houston Robert Mitchell Richard Chambers William Mumford Thomas Wise Moses Driskill John Shiles John Peden and James Jones who to say the truth of the premisses afd being duely elected and Sworn upon their Oath do say that the said Abraham Lamberson and Elias Lamberson are Guilty and Each of them are Guilty of the trespass and assault above specified in manner and form as by the Indictment first above against them Supposed Wherefore all and Singular the premisses by the Court here Seen heard and fully understood It is Considered that the afd Abraham Lamberson pay unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the trespass and assault afd whereof in form afd he is Convicted five shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that the said Abram Lamberson be taken to Saitisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &c Also it is Considered that the afd Elias Lamberson pay unto his said Lordship the right honrble the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the trespass and assault afd whereof in form afd he is Convicted five shillings Curr.t money of Maryland and that the said Elias Lamberson be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &c Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Abraham and Elias Lamberson give Security for the payment of all the Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd on the Indictment afd thereupon a Certain Abraham Lamberson sen.r Late of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary in the Sum of One thousand pounds of good sound Merchantable Leafe tob.o in Caske to be Levied on his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenaments for the Use of the Severall Officers that belong to Somerset County Court their heirs or assignes that hath a right to any fee or fees on the Indictment afd by means of the premisses afd In Case the said Abraham Lamberson and Elias Lamberson the afd persons Convicted do not pay ^and satisfie^ unto the Severall Officers the belonging to Somerset County Court the fee and fees that doth accrues by Occasion of the premisses afd &c on the Indictment afd &c
