the westermost side of a small Gully Issueing out of the said Creek and told him that tree was the seccond
Bounder of a tract of Land Called seder Grove and further saith not

The same day Johnson Hill of the County af.d being sworn as af.d saith that about forty years past to the
best of his knowledge Parker Selby told him that the af.d white oake was a bounder or line tree of Pikes
Land Called seder Grove and further saith not

The above depositions was taken before ^us^ the Subscribers being first duly qualified according to
Law the day and year above written   William Lane and John Pope

Dickerson

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he
should take Cornelius Dickerson and Charles Dickerson if &c to answer &c
And afterwards to witt the fifteenth day of March anno Dom One thousand

                         seven hundred and thirty Six before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset now here held at Dividing Creek in and for the Same County Came the said Cornelius &
Charles Dickersons in their proper persons and there upon the said Cornelius and Charles are
ordered by the Same Court ^here^ to give recognizance in ten pounds Sterling Each for their good behaviour
and appearance at June Court next to be held for the County afd to answer an assault by them
said to be Committed &c
                                          Whereupon the said Cornelius Dickersons and Charles Dickerson
present here in Court as afd acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
Proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors
If it happen that the said Cornelius Dickerson and Charles Dickerson and Each of them do &
shall not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court
of Somerset to be held in the Court house at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June Next
and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning a Certain Indictment against
them for an assault by them said to be Committed on a Certain Joshua Merrill &c and do
not Stay and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart the Same Court without
Leave and in the mean time if they and Each of them be not of the Good behaviour towards his
his said Lordship and all his good people & more Especially towards the said Joshua Merill &c
