 Somerset County  ss.t  Know all men by these presents that we Robert Jones and William
in Maryland            Stoughton both of Somerset County in the province afd are holden and
firmly bound unto Mitchell Jones Eleanor Jones and Benjamin Jones orphans of John
Jones dec.d in the full and just sum of one hundred and fifty three pounds fifteen shillings
and four pence to be paid unto the said Mitchell Jones Eleanor Jones and Benj.a Jones their heirs
Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and
either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these
presents sealed with our seals and dated this 15.th day of March Anno Dom 1736

The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted
unto this Court the Account of the Estate of John Jones dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the
abovesaid orphans the sum of seventy six pounds seventeen shillings and eight pence Curr.t money therefore
to be paid unto the above said orphans the afd sum of seventy six pounds seventeen shillings and eight pence
Curr.t money in equall parts and portions According to Act of assembly when they shall arrive at full
age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation to be void of none effect otherwise to remain in full

 Somerset County  sst    Know all men by these presents that we William Pilsher Rich.d
in Maryland            Knight and Arthur Warkwick all of Somerset County in the province afd
are holden and firmly bound unto W.m Harper and John Harper in the full and just sum
of seventy six pounds fifteen shillings and ten pence Currt money to be paid unto the said
William and John Harper their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made
and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly
and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 16.th day of March Anno
Dom 1736
