311 Haymon and Sarah Shockley in the full and just sum of eleven pounds nine shillings and four pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Ann Crouch Isaac Toadvins Childrens Mary Haymon and Sarah Shockley their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 18.th day of March Anno Dom 1736 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Nicholas Toadvine dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of five pounds fourteen shillings and and eight pence therefore if the abovesaid Henry Toadvine his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the the abovesaid orphans the afd sum of five pounds fourteen shillings and eight pence Curr.t money of Maryland in equall parts and portions According to Act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c his Sealed and delivered W.m Lane Henry H Toadvine (seal) in presence of Tho.s Williams mark John Lay (seal)
