    eight pounds seven shillings and ten pence Curr.t money According to will and Act of assembly when
    they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect

In Maryland                    Know all men by these presents that we Samuel
                              Long Thomas Handy and George Marshall all of Somerset
County in the province af.d planters are holden and firmly bound unto Mary Long &
    David Long in the full and just sum of one hundred and twenty three pounds sixteen shillings and ten
    pence to be paid unto the said Mary Long and David Long their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to the
    which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves and either of our heirs Ex.rs
    and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our
    seals and dated this 18.th day of March Anno Dom 1736

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted
    unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Jeffry Long dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the
    abovesaid orphans the sum of sixty one pounds eighteen shillings five pence Curr.t money therefore
    if the abovesaid Samuel Long his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truly
    pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the af.d sum of sixty one pounds eighteen shillings
    and five pence Curr.t money According to Act of assembly and the dec.d will when they shall arrive
    at full age to receive the same &.c  Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise

    that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine Evidences
    on behalf of a Certain Daniel Hull of the County af.d in relation to the bounds of a Certain tract of Land Called
    Long Ridge Lying in the County af.d we therefore require you or any three or two of you at some time
    and place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you meet on the af.d Land Called Long
    Ridge (You first having taken your oaths on the holy evangelist of almighty God According to Act of
    assembly in such Cases made and provided) and there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you
    all such evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you nominated by the said Complainent or
    def.t if any and that you or any three or two of you Examine them upon their Corporall oaths to be by your or
