either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed
with our seals and dated this 27.th day of March Anno Dom 1736

The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Comry Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court
the Account of the Estate of William Waters dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the
sum of Seventy two pounds nineteen shillings and six pence Curr.t money if therefore the abovesaid Abigail Warters
John Waters and Nicholas Fountain or any or either of them or any or either of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do and
shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd orphans the afd sum of Seventy two pounds nineteen
shillings and six pence Curr.t money of Maryland According to the dec.ds will and Act of assembly when they
shall Arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise

in Maryland             Dorman Thomas Smith and Thomas Smith Jun.r all of Somerset
County in the province planters afd are holden and firmly bound unto
Betty Dorman Mathew Dorman David Dorman and Elisha Dorman in the full
    and just sum of sixty six pounds eighteen shillings and five pence half penny to be paid unto the said Betty
    Dorman Mathew Dorman David Dorman and Elisha Dorman their heirs Ex.rs admrs or assignes to the
    which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs
    for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated
    this 16.th day of March Anno Dom 1736

orphans the sum of thirty three pound nine shillings and two pence three farthings therefore if the abovesaid
Margaret Dorman her heirs Executors or adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid
unto the abovesaid orphans the afd sum of thirty three pounds nine shillings and two pence three
farthings in equall parts and portions According to Act of assembly when they shall arrive at full age to
receive the same &c  Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force
