                  March Court                1736                310

    unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Robert Hill dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due
    to the abovesaid Orphans the sum of three pounds elevin shillings and ten pence farthing therefore
    if the above said William Hook his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well
    and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the afd sum of three pounds
    eleven shillings and ten pence farthing According to Act of assembly and the dec.ds will
    when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c  Then the above obligation
    to be void and of none effect other wise to remain in full force and virtue &c

County in the province afd are holden and firmly bound unto Eliz.a Inloss Mary
Inloss Tabitha Inloss in the full and just sum of twenty one pounds Curr.t money
    to be paid unto the said Eliz.a Inloss Mary Inloss Tabitha Inloss their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or
    assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either
    of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these
    presents sealed with our seals and dated this 16.th day of March Anno Dom 1736

The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted
unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Tho.s Inloss dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due to
the abovesaid orphans the sum of ten pounds ten shillings Curr.t money if thereof the abovesaid W.m
Radney Abra: Ingram and John Hall or any or either of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall
well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd orphans the afd sum of ten pounds ten shillings
Curr.t money In equal part and portions According to Act of assembly when they shall arrive at
full age to receive the same &c  Then then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in
