 Somerset County  ss.t  Know all men by these presents that wee Alexander Mercy William
In Maryland           Turvill and John Collings all of Somerset County in the province
afd planters are holden and firmly bound unto William Marcey Alex.d
Lynch and Nehemiah Nock in the full and just sum of twenty nine pounds five
    shillings and nine pence to be paid unto the said William Marcey Alexander Lynch and
    Nehemiah Nock their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be
    made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or assignes for the
    whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and
    dated this 17th day of March Anno Dom 1736

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath
    transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Alexander Marcey dec.d wherein
    it is found that there is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum of fourteen pounds twelve
    shillings and ten pence half penny thereof^fore^ if the abovesaid Alexdr Marcey his heirs Executors or
    administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans
    the afd sum of fourteen pounds twelve shillings and ten pence half penny According to Act of assembly
    and the dec.ds will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c  Then the above obligation
    to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &c

    full and just sum of seven pounds three shillings and eight pence half penney to be paid unto the
    said Johnson Naomay William Stevens and Robert Hill their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns to
    the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our
    heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these
    presence sealed with our seals and dated this 18.th day of March Anno Dom 1736
