 Somerset County   ss.t     Know all men by these presents that we John Tingle W.m
in Maryland                  Collings and John Meltin all of Somerset County in the province
afd are holden and firmly bound unto Rich.d Hudson John Soles in the
    full and Just sum of eighteen pounds Curr.t to be paid unto the said Rich.d Hudson and John Soles
    their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and
    done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the
    whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seales and dated this 17.th
    day of March Anno Dom 1736

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Com.ry Genll hath transmitted
    unto this Court the Account of the estate of Hugh Tingle dec.d wherein it is ^found^ that there is ball due
    to the abovesaid orphans the sum of four pounds Ten shillings each if therefore the abovesaid John
    Tingle William Collins and John Melton or any or either of them or any or either of their heirs
    Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd orphans the afd sum
    of four pounds ten shillings Curr.t money of Maryland each According to the dec.ds will and Act of
    assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation to
    be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c

the province afd are holden and firmly bound unto Christopher Nutter Jun.r
in the full and just sum of one hundred and ninty nine pounds five shilling and
    two pence to be paid unto the said Christopher Nutter Jun.r his heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assigns
    to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of
    our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these

of them or any or either of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be
paid unto the afd Christopher Nutter Jun.r the afd sum of ninety nine pounds twelve shillings and
seven pence Curr.t money According to Act of assembly when he shall arrive at full age to receive the
