The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Comissary Gen.ll hath transmitted
unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Abigail Stevens dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due
to the afd Orphans the sum of thirteen pounds four shillings and seven pence Curr.t money if therefore the above
said Richd Stevens and Geo: Dashiell or any or either of their or any or either of their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs
do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd orphans the afd sum of thirteen pounds
four shillings and two pence Curr.t money According to act of assembly when they shall arrive at full
age to receive the same &c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in

in Maryland          Cuningham and William Stoughton all of Somerset County
in the province afd Gen.t are holden and firmly bound unto Samuel Kenney
Hannah Kenney Mary Kenney Joseph Kenney and Rachell Kenney
in the full and just sum of eight pounds eleven shillings and two pence Curr.t
    money to be paid unto the said Samuel Hannah Mary Joseph and Rachell Kenneys their heirs
    Exrs admrs or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves
    our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally
    firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 16.th day of March Anno Dom 1736

    is ball due to the abovesaid orphans the sum ^of^ four pounds five shillings and seven pence Curr.t money
    thereof^fore^ if the abovesaid Arthur Cuningham his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well
    and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the afd sum of four pounds five
    shillings and seven pence Curr.t money According to Act of assembly and the deceased's will when
    they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c  Then the above obligation to be void and of none
    effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c                                                his
