308 The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Thomas Dashiell Jun.r be discharged for the future from paying of levys for the afd negro woman as by the petition afd is praid &c
the said Mary W.m, Rachel, Ann, Eliz.a Tabitha and Jerman Beatherd their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 15.th day of March Anno Dom 1736 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of William Beatherd dec.d wherein it is found That there is ball due to the above said orphans the sum of twenty one pounds ten shillings and six pence Curr.t money thereof^fore^ if the abovesaid William Dennis his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid orphans the afd sum of Twenty one pounds teen shillings and six pence Curr.t money in equall parts and portions According to Act of assembly when they shall arive at full age to receive the same &c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c W.m Dennis (seal) Sealed and delivered Ed Rownd (seal) in the presence of Jn.o Dennis Jun.r (seal) Will.m Stoughton Jam.s Martin
