the seaboard side of the said County the bounds of which is some what uncertain your petitioner
therefore Humbly prays that Comissioners may be appointed to Examine Evidences and take deposicon
in relation to the bounds thereof to perp^et^uate the Memory of the same According to the form of the
Act of assembly in such case made and provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever
pray &c
                            The petition aforesaid being read and heard   Wherefore it is Considered that a
Commission Issue to the afd George Layfeild as by the petition afd is praid and that Edward Rownd
James Rownd William Simpson and John Evans of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute
the Same Commission according to Law &c

To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting The humble
petition of Barneby Willis humbly Sheweth that your petitioner is
possest of part of a tract of Land lying on the south side of back Creek Called
Barneby's Lott the bounders of which are almost decayed your petitioner therefore prayeth
that your Worships may appoint Commissioner to perpetuate the bounders of the afd Land
and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
that Commission Issue to the afd is praid Barnaby Willis as by the petition afd is
praid and that Nehemiah King John Waters Nicholas Fountain and William Waters of Somerset
County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &c

sitting the petition of Moses Gordey most Humbly sheweth that whereas your
petitioner is posest of a tract of Land Called Marfields lying near the head of
Wickacomoco Creek the bounders whereof is much decaid and Scarcely any person
living that knows anything of them your petitioner therefore humbly prays that your
Worships will appoint Commissioners to examine evidences in Relation to the bounders
thereof for the perpetuateing the same According to the Act of assembly in that Case made
and provided and your petitioner as in duty bound will pray
