306 the seaboard side of the said County the bounds of which is some what uncertain your petitioner therefore Humbly prays that Comissioners may be appointed to Examine Evidences and take deposicon in relation to the bounds thereof to perp^et^uate the Memory of the same According to the form of the Act of assembly in such case made and provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &c The petition aforesaid being read and heard Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the afd George Layfeild as by the petition afd is praid and that Edward Rownd James Rownd William Simpson and John Evans of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &c
that your Worships may appoint Commissioner to perpetuate the bounders of the afd Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood Wherefore it is Considered that Commission Issue to the afd is praid Barnaby Willis as by the petition afd is praid and that Nehemiah King John Waters Nicholas Fountain and William Waters of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &c
