                      Att a court of the right Honourable Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
                      of Provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  Held in
the Court house at dividing Creek in the afd County the third Tuesday of March to witt the fifteenth
day of the Same Month and in the Twenty Second Year of his Lordships Dominion &c  ann
Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty SIx by his said Lordships Justices the peace
in the Same County to keep assigned of whom were present

Somerset County to witt Joseph McClester Gent being Called made return of the pannell of the Grand
Jurors to the Court here as followeth vizt   Alexander Larkie Thomas Newbold Peter Claywell
Jun.r William Collings Jonathan Sturges Richard Sturges Thos Pointer John Atkinson
Hutton Hill Jonathan Bounds William Nelson John Phipps John Messick Christopher
Nutter Stephen Waltom Thomas Peal Angello Atkinson Robert Collier & John Tingle

    Whereupon proclamation being made againe in Common form and the Jurors afd so as afd
Impannelled being Severally Called over by their Names did appear as above and thereupon
they were Sworn and Charged and sent out to Consider &c soon after the Grand Jurors
afd being Impannelled Sworn and Charged as afd return hereinto Court and being severall
Called over did appear and present to the Court here the following Indictments
vizt  against Eliza Smith Mary Gloster John Whitehead Richard Travis John Hill Cat
Young Eliz.a Ellingsworth Sarah Thompson Mary Breddy and Mary Crowley thereupon
the Grand Jurors are discharged and allowed fifty Shillings Currt money for their publick
Service this Court and against the afd Eliza Smith Mary Gloster John Whitehead Richard Travis
John Hill Cat Young Eliza Ellingsworth Sarah Thompson Mary Breddy and Mary Crawley
^so as afd Indicted^ it is ordered that Capias Issue returnable here to Next Court &c


Thomas Bell Constable of annamessex hundred and Panthur Law Constable of Manny Hundred
Sworn Severally as baliffs to attend the Grandy Jury this Court &c
