Somerset County sst  The Jurors for the right Honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the body of the County afd upon their oath do present that
Peter Taylor late of Somerset County planter the twenty first day of december
in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred thirty and six at
the Court house at dividing Creek in the County afd one Gray coloured Gelding being
the proper goods and Chattles of a Certain Robert Collier with force and Arms unlawfully
did taken and Imprison and the same Gelding so as afd Imprisoned being with force and
Arms did disfigure and from the tail of the same Gelding then and there the hair thereof
did with force and arms unlawfull Cutt of to the great damage of the said Rob.t Collier
and against the peace of the right Honourable the Lord proprietary that now is his
good rule and Government &c            This bill of Indictment Sent up to the Grand
Jury by Order of Court   Test Thomas Hayward Cl

their oath do present that Wonney MccClemey late of Somerset County
planter the twenty first day of december in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and
thirty six at the County Court house at dividing Creek in the County afd one dark bay
couloured Gelding being the proper goods and Chattells of a certain John Evans with
force and arms unlawfull did take and Imprison and the same Gelding so as afd
Imprisoned being with force and Arms did disfigure and from the tail of the same
Gelding then and there the Hair thereof did with force and Arms unlawfully cut off
to the great damage of the said John Evans and against the peace of the Right Honourable
the Lord proprietary his good ^rule^ and Goverment &c
