having taken your oaths on the holy evangelist of almighty God according to act of assembly in
such Case made and provided) and there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all such
Evidences as shall be to you or any three or two of you nominated by the said Complainent or deft
if any and that you or any three or two of you Examine them upon their Corporall oaths to be by
you or any three or two of ^you^ administred on the Holy Evangelist of almighty God in the presents
of the Complainent or deft if any touching the truth or Remembrance of their knowledge
or any thing that may relate to the Cause afd and that Reduceing the severall depositions
into writing you send the same together with this our Comission under your or any three or two
of your hands and sealls to us to our County Court of Somerset with all Convenient speed
Wittness Robert King Gent Chief Justice of our said Court the twenty third day of Augt
in the twentyeth year of our Dominion &.c  Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and
thirty four          On the Backside of the foregoing Commission it was Endorsed as followeth vizt
February ye 27.th 1735 Came Cap.t Day Scott and M.r Joseph Wailes and was sworne on the holy
Evangelist of almighty God to Execute the within Commission according to the direction of the
Act of assembly in that Case made and provided sworn before me                        John Handy
[illegible] hereat this day to witt the Sixteenth day of November Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty Six Came hereinto Court Day Scott and Joseph Wailes two of the Commissioners above nominated in the
Commission afd and made return of the following Depossions to the same Commission annexed

    The deposition of Robert Colier Sen Aged fifty years or their abouts being sworn on the
    holy Evangelist of almighty God saith that about thirty four years ago his uncle James
    Dashiel now decd showed him this white oak where we now are and said it was the first bounder
    of wrights Land which white oak stands about one hundred yards of the path that goes
    by William Nelsons to Thomas Willins on the left hand of the said path and about
two hundred yards above the wading place on a knowle at the head of gut or Creek Commonly
known by the name of mudy hole Creek otherwise wright Creek [illegible] and further
this deponant saith that James Dashiell ded son of the afd James Dashiell decd
to be him that his father Showed him the white oake above discribed and said that it was
the first Bounder of Wrights Land and further this deponant saith not in Testimony
whereof he hath hereunto set his hand and this 28.th day of February Anno Dom 1736

The deposition of John Larreymore Senr aged sixty years or there abouts being sworn on
the holy Evangelist of almighty God saith that his Oak stump where we now are was
told him by William Wright decd and Frances Right mother of said Right that the
