hundred and thirty Six Came againe as well the afd John Follows as the aforesaid Thomas Brown
by their attorneys aforesaid and whereupon the said Thomas Brown prays further Leave thereof
to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the afd
John Follows here also &c

             Att which said next Court to witt the Seventeenth day of August Anno Dom One
thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six Came Came againe as well the afd John Follows as the
afd Thomas Brown by their attorneys afd  And whereupon the said Thomas Brown pray
further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same day
is given to the afd John Follows here also &c

          Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and thirty Six Came againe as well the afd John Follows as the afd
Thomas Browne by their attorneys afd  And whereupon the said Thomas Brown as before
defends the force and Injury when &c and saith that he did not assume upon himselfe in manner
and form as the said John above against him hath Complained and of this he puts himselfe
upon the Country &c
                                                 Afterwards to witt the same day and Year Last mentioned
the afd John Follows present herein Court as afd then and there his writt and declaration afd
against the afd Thomas Browne did not prosecute with Effect but Voluntarily Suffered
his suit to be discontinued
                                                             Therefore afterwards to witt the Same day by
discretion of the Justices here were adjudged the same Thomas Browne  Three hundred & forty
340                                                  pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by him about
his defence in that part Sustained according to the form of the Statute in such Case  and
Case thereof Lately made and provided and the afd John in Mercy and the afd Thomas
have thereof Execution &c

     Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County

that he should take James McDonold Late of Somerset County Bricklayer
                                                 and Margaret his wife if they should be found in his bailywick
and them ^should^ safe keep so that he might have their bodys before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of March
the^n^ next to answer unto Tabitha Parker of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c and that thereof
he should not fail &c   att which said Third Tuesday of March to witt the sixteenth day of the same ^month^
Ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty five the day of the return of the said writt
                                                                                                                               Cometh
