Jane Lidster
  bond to
W.m Lidsters orphans
Somerset County in Maryland ss.t     Know all men by these presents that we Jane
Lidster John Waters and William Wharton all of Somerset County in the province
aforesaid are holden and firmly bound unto Abigail Lidster Thomas Lidster Leah
                   Lidster and Jesse Lidster in the full and Just Sum of One hundred and Eleven pounds Six shillings
and Six pence Currant money to be paid unto the said Abigail Thomas Leah and Jesse Lidsters orphans
of William Lidster their heirs Executors administrators or assignes to the which payment well and
truly to be made & done we bind our selves our & Either of our heirs Ex.rs & Admrs for
the whole & in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these psents sealed with our
Seals & dated this 17.th day of June Ann Dom 1735

    The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas ye Commissary Generall
hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of Wm Lidster dec.d wherein
it is found that there is Ball due to the abovesaid Orphans the sum of Fifty Five
pounds thirteen ^shillings^ & three pence if therefore y.e abovesaid Jane Lidster Jn.o Waters or Wm
Wharton or any or Either of them or any or Either of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs do & shall
well & truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the aforesaid Sum of Fifty
Five pounds pounds thirteen shillings & three pence according to act of assembly and
the dec.d will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &a then the above
obligation to be void & of None Effect otherwise to remain in full force & vertue

provinces of Maryland and avalon L.d Baron of Baltemore
&a   To Capell King Mathias Gale Thomas Denwood and
John Finch all of Somerset County Gent  Greeting Know ye that we have
appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine
Evidences on behalf of a Certain John M.ccGraugh of the County afd in relation to
the bounds of four tracts of Land to witt Owens Improvement Owens delight
Middle and refuge lying all in the County af.d  Wee Therefore require you or
any three or two of you at some time and place as to you or any three or
two of you Shall seem Convenient you meet on the af.d Land Called owens
Improvement Owens delight Middle and refuge (You first having taken your
oaths on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God According to act of Assembly
in such Case made and provided)  And their Cause to come before you or any
three or two of you all such Evidences as Shall be to you or any three or
two of you Nominated by the said Complainant or Def.t if any and
