270 the next to give Evidence against John Mitchell &a Whereupon the said Thomas Caldwell and Mathew Parramore both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in the sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Thomas Caldwell and Mathew Parramore do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third Tuesday of March next and do not then and there give such Evidence as they knoweth against a Certain John Mitchell of and Concerning his being Suspected of feloniously stealing our hogg the goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do depart the same Court without Leave &c
therefrom Whereupon the said William Jones appearance is recorded and he accordingly discharged &c Thereupon the said William Jones is ordered to give New recognizance in five pounds sterling for his appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of November then next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the said John MItchell on Suspicion of felony &c Whereupon the said William Jones present herein Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of five pounds sterling of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said William Jones do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third Tuesday of November next and do not then and there give such Evidence as he knoweth against a Certain John Mitchell of and Concerning his being Suspected of feloniously stealing one hogg the goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do depart the same Court without Leave &c Att which said third Tuesday of November to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same Month anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty Six the said William Jones altho' Solemnly |
