Proprietary in the Sum of Twenty pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen
that the said John Mitchell do and shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his
Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday
of March next and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning his being Suspected for the
feloniously Stealling one hogg of the goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Paramore and do not
stay and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the same Court without Leave &
in the Mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all his good people &a

Elizabeth Daugh Came hereinto Court in her proper person according to a Certain Recognizance
before acknowledged and pe to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against
John Mitchell and prays that her appearance may be recorded to Save her Security from
the afd Recognizance &a  thereupon the said Eliz.a Daughs appearance is recorded and her Security
discharged &a   Whereupon the said Eliz.a Daugh is ordered to give new Security for her appearance before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March
next to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against the said John Mitchell &a

    Whereupon a Certain George Goddard of Somerset County planter present herein Court in his
proper person acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the
in the sum of ten pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells
Lands and Tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied
if it happen that the said Eliz.a Daugh do not make her personall appearance before the Justices
of his Lordships county Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County
the third Tuesday of March next and do not then and there give such Evidence as she
knoweth against the afd John Mitchell for and Concerning his being suspected of felonioulsy
stealing one hogg the Goods and Chattells of a Certain Mathew Parramore and do depart
the same Court without Leave &a

Thomas Caldwell and Mathew Parramore Came hereinto Court in their proper
persons according to a Certain Recognizance by them before acknowledged
for to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against a Certain John Mitchell
             &a       Thereupon the said Thomas Caldwell and Mathew Parramore are discharged from
the recognizance afd and are ordered to give New Recognizance for their appearance before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of March
