Honourable the Lord prop.ry that now is his good Rule and Government and against
the form of the statute in Such Case lately made and provided &a
John Reddish, William Teague, Witnesses                                 Jo.a Caldwell foreman

          Thereupon Command was given to the Sheriff of Somerset County that he should take the said
John Calinan if &a to answer &a and afterwards to witt on the Seventeenth day of June anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty five before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset
now here held at dividing Creek in the Same County Came the said John Calinan in his proper
person under Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County into whose Custody was Committed
for the Cause aforesaid and being ^by^ the Said Sheriff Led to the Barr is thereupon Instantly
by the Court Committed into the Custody of the Sheriff of Somerset County ^for the Cause afd^ there to remain untill
he Shall be from thence delivered by due Cours of Law &a the said Sheriff to witt Joseph MccClester
Gent present herein Court took Charge of the said John Calinan accordingly &a

             John Reddish of Somerset County Gent present here in Court in his proper person is ordered
Ordered to give recognizance for his appearance at the next assize to be held for Somerset County
at dividing Creek the first tuesday of September next to give Evidence on behalfe of his
Lordship the Lord Proprietary against John Calinan of and Concerning his Feloniously Stealing
one Pockett book and three pounds one Shilling and Six pence in bills of Creditt &a

          Whereupon the said John Reddish present herein Court as afd acknowledged himselfe Indebted
unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of the province of Maryland in twenty pounds Sterling
good and Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use
of his said Lordship his heirs and successors to be made and Levied   If it Happen that the
said John Reddish do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the next assize
nisi prius Oyer and terminer and Goal delivery to be held at dividing Creek in the Same
County the first tuesday of September next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as
he Shall know against John Calinan of and Concerning his Feloniously Stealing one pockett
Book and three pounds One Shilling and Six pence in Bills of Creditt of and from him the
Same John Reddish and do depart the Same Court without Leave &a then &a

      Likewise a Certain William Teague present herein Court is ordered to give Security for his
    appearance before the Justices of the Next assize nisi prius Oyer and terminer and Goal
delivery to be held at dividing Creek the first tuesday of September next to give Evidence
